Regis University Housing Requirement
Regis University maintains a two-year residency requirement for undergraduate students.
The Housing Application must be completed each year by the following students:
-
First-year students (including international students)
-
Second-year students (including international students)
-
Undergraduate transfer students
This form must be completed annually, even if you plan to live off campus.
Planning to Live Off Campus?
If you fall within the residency requirements listed above and intend to live off campus during the academic year, you must complete the Housing Exemption Request through the Housing portal for review.
Important Housing Exemption and Application Deadline Reminder
Students who do not complete the Housing Application or submit an approved Housing Exemption Request by the July 27 deadline will be charged a $250 non-compliance fee. If the requirement is still not completed by the first day of classes, the student will be charged the full cost of on-campus housing.
For more information about the residency requirement or the exemption process, please review the Housing Exemption FAQ tab at the top of this page.
