The Housing Application opens today (3/9) at 12:00pm for all returning students!

Access Housing Resources in the Front Porch Portal

Are you looking for your housing application, exemption request, room information, or housing forms?

All Housing & Residential Engagement resources are located in one central place through the Front Porch Portal.

After logging in, you can access:

Housing applications
Housing exemption requests
Student forms (Room Condition Report, Lock-Out Form, etc.)
Your room information
Residential student resources
Housing processes and guides
Meal plan information

How to Access the Front Porch Portal

Step 1: Click “Student Login” in the navigation bar at the top of this page.

Step 2: Sign in using your RegisNet credentials.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will see the different housing pages and resources available to you.

Regis University Housing Requirement

Regis University maintains a two-year residency requirement for undergraduate students.

The Housing Application must be completed each year by the following students:

First-year students
Second-year students
Undergraduate transfer students
International undergraduate students
Traditional undergraduate students

This form must be completed annually, even if you plan to live off campus.

Planning to Live Off Campus?

If you intend to live off campus during the academic year, you must complete the Housing Exemption Request through the Housing portal for review.

Important Deadline Reminder

Students who do not complete the Housing Application or submit an approved Housing Exemption Request by the deadline may be charged a $200 non-compliance fee. If the requirement is still not completed by the first day of classes, the student will be charged the full cost of on-campus housing.
