Regis University Housing Requirement
Regis University maintains a two-year residency requirement for all first-year and second-year students.
Students who meet approved exemption criteria may submit a Housing Exemption Request for review through the Housing Application portal.
Spring 2026 Housing Application
The Spring 2026 housing application is officially open! Now is the time to secure your place on campus and experience everything our residential community has to offer—lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities, and unforgettable moments.

Please complete the Academic Year 2025–2026 Housing Application to request Spring housing. Follow the steps above to access your application.
Explore Your Housing Options!
Living on campus offers convenience, academic support, and a strong sense of community, making it easier to engage in campus life. It also helps you develop independence and life skills while providing a secure living environment.
First-year students can live in DeSmet or O'Connell Hall, while second-year students are housed in West Hall or O'Connell. Third-year to doctoral students have options in The Residence Village and West Hall.
Important Dates
11/26-11/30: Thanksgiving break Residence halls will remain open. Food Service closed Wednesday, 11/26/25 - Saturday, 11/29/25.
12/1: Winter Housing Application Deadline
12/8-12/12: Finals
12/12: Winter Housing Cancellation Deadline
12/13: Winter Move-Out
12/13: Winter Break Housing Begins
1/10/2026: Returning Student Move in for Spring 2026 Term
1/12/2026: Classes Start for Spring 2026 Term
