How to Access the Front Porch Portal
Step 1: Click “Student Login” in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
Step 2: Sign in using your RegisNet credentials.
Step 3: Once logged in, you will see the different housing pages and resources available to you.

Regis University Housing Requirement
Regis University maintains a two-year residency requirement for undergraduate students.
A Housing Application or Housing Exemption Request must be completed each year by the following students:

First-year students (including international students)

Second-year students (including international students)
-
New undergraduate transfer students
Planning to Live Off Campus?
If you are a first year, second year, or new undergraduate transfer student, you fall within the residency requirement listed above and must complete the Housing Exemption Request if you plan to live off campus.
Important Housing Exemption and Application Deadline Reminder
Students who do not complete the Housing Application or submit an approved Housing Exemption Request by the July 27 deadline will be charged a $200 non-compliance fee. If the requirement is still not completed by the first day of classes, the student will be charged the full cost of on-campus housing.
If you enroll at the university after July 27th, you have five days from your enrollment date to submit a housing exemption or secure on campus housing. Failure to meet this timeline will result in a $200 non-compliance fee to be charged to your account.
Early Move In Application Deadline Passed
The deadline for applying for an early move in passed on August 1st. No more early move in applications will be received at this time. Please check the important dates section on the home page for new and returning student move in dates.

First-year students can live in DeSmet Hall, while second-year students are housed in West Hall or O'Connell. Third-year to doctoral students have options in The Residence Village and West Hall.
